Biography
Mr. Noronha was born in the Far East, and has lived in and attended schools in many countries across the world, including Asia, Africa, and Europe. He is fluent in several foreign languages including German and French. He came to the United States from England in 1975. He earned an Associate degree from Orange Coast College in 1977, a Bachelors Degree from California State University at Fullerton in 1979 with honors. He received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982. Since 1982 his practice specialty has been representing the injured. In 1983, he became a certified instructor for the Coast Community College District in the area of law.
Mr. Noronha is an active member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Consumer Attorneys of California, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and Orange County Bar Association. He has served as a Pro Tem Judge in Orange County Superior Court, and as President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 1995.
Mr. Noronha is a frequent lecturer and author, having given lectures and presentations for the California Trial Lawyers Association (Consumer Attorneys of California), the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association as well as other civic and professional organizations. He has many articles published by the Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Noronha also holds the highest rating (AV) available by Martindale-Hubbel.
Mr. Noronha resides in Tustin California, with his family, and is active at St. Cecilia's Catholic Parish. He is a long time advisory Board member for Orange County MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), and frequently lectures and presents for MADD. He is a passionate tennis player, competing in many club and local tournaments.
