Firm History & Practice
The law firm of Chambers, Noronha & Kubota has been aggressively pursuing the rights of injured victims since 1984. A large number of the firm’s clients come on referral from other lawyers seeking specialists in tort litigation for their own clients who have been injured through the fault of others, thus the firm is recognized as “lawyer’s lawyers”.
Since its formation, the firm has specialized in representing injured victims on a contingent fee basis in a variety of situations. The firm has collected settlements and verdicts against individuals businesses, insurance companies, product manufacturers, doctors, lawyers and a multitude of governmental entities. The nature of the claims pursued included automobile collisions, dangerous conditions of property, dangerous and defective products, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, malpractice and deceptive practices. The verdicts, judgments and settlements obtained by the firm include many in the multi-million dollar range. The firm is dedicated to and prides itself on providing high quality legal representation with a sincere compassion for the plight of its clients, no matter the value of the case.
Each member of the firm has superior credentials and a wealth of experience within the legal arena. Chambers, Noronha & Kubota’s approach to obtaining the best result possible leads to the firm having a considerable trial practice. Each of the firm’s partners is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the firm has more than 100 trial verdicts. The firm’s lawyers together have over 70 years of trial practice. The firm has successfully handled cases throughout the State of California as well as Nevada, Oregon, Hawaii, Washington and Texas. All attorneys are active in local and state Trial Lawyer organizations.
Each of the attorneys within the firm maintains an active role in the academic aspect of the practice of law by continually attending and/or lecturing at Continuing Legal Education Seminars throughout the State several times a year. In fact, each of the senior partners are published authors in legal journals on scholarly litigation subjects as well.
Chambers, Noronha & Kubota has an office staff that has worked together for more than twenty years. The attorneys and staff are a close group and enjoy family friendships with each other.
